For three decades, NHPA’s Young Retailer of the Year Awards have honored the brightest rising stars in independent home improvement retail. These standout leaders, who are 35 years old or younger, drive innovation, strengthen their teams and shape the future of our industry.

Young Retailer of the Year honorees show passion and dedication to advancing the home improvement industry, demonstrate outstanding leadership in their business or community and bring innovative contributions to the independent channel.

Honorees earn national recognition in Hardware Retailing and Paint & Decorating Retailer and are celebrated live at the Independent Home Improvement Conference in front of industry peers.
