Ambassador Program

The NHPA Ambassador Program is one of the easiest ways to get connected with the independent home improvement industry and the North American Hardware and Paint Association (NHPA). Through complimentary bi-monthly virtual discussions, retailers of all experience levels come together to exchange ideas, stay informed on industry initiatives, discover valuable NHPA programs and resources, and build meaningful connections with peers from across North America.

Whether you’re new to the industry or a seasoned professional, the Ambassador Program offers an accessible way to engage with NHPA, share your perspective and help strengthen the independent channel. Ambassadors also serve as a bridge between NHPA and their retail networks, encouraging others to take advantage of training, consulting, educational programs and other resources that support long-term success.
