Job Description

The Hardware, Ranch & Feed manager will lead and manage employees including hiring, training and development. They will manage inventory and pricing. Managing P&L performance will also be a duty of the Hardware Manager. Vendor and customer relations, new business development, marketing, analysis, forecasting and budgeting are also areas of responsibilities for this position.

 

Required Education and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business (preferred), or equivalent experience (5 years in management position with similar responsibilities). Strong leadership skills and creative thinking would be great.
